Order Tracking FAQ

Where can I find my order number?
Your order number is included in your order confirmation email (for example, #1045). If you can’t find it, contact us with the email used at checkout.
My tracking says “label created” or hasn’t updated yet.
This usually means the carrier has not scanned the parcel yet. Updates often appear within 24–48 hours, especially during weekends or peak seasons.
The carrier says “delivered” but I didn’t receive my parcel.
Please check nearby safe places, building reception/concierge, or with neighbours. If it still can’t be located, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
If your order has not shipped, we may be able to update your address. Contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible depending on the carrier.
Do you ship internationally? Will there be customs fees?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are set by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
